Good morning I recently purchased an escalade 2008 in Merida Mexico , now I am having some trouble with the repairs at the Cadillac dealer in Merida . They are charging me 4000$ US for new shocks (front) and an oil change . I know that I am being robed , does any one have some advise , should I contact Cadillac USA?

Have you been in touch with Customer Service regarding your concerns, angsca? If you would like Customer Service agents to look into the matter further for you, I recommend getting in touch with the team nearest you. I researched and found Cadillac Mexico's contact information at the following link: http://www.cadillac.com.mx/centro-de-atencion.html.
