You and I emailed each other on the 9th of April about the issue with Cadillac not having a replacement steering wheel for any 2006 or 2007 Cadillac STS-V.
On the 18th of April we emailed again with my case numbers, and I was told by you that you'd get back to me "soon." I'm not really sure what soon means, and I have emailed you since with no response from you. I understand you are busy. We all are, but I'd like some resolution to this situation.
Automobile(s): None at the moment. Maybe some day an SRX!
