My heated steering wheel stopped working, I took it to the dealership, and was told it was on back-order.
I contacted Cadillac over the phone and they called me once a week with updates. Come to find out the supplier that was making the steering wheel went out of business and that you can't get a steering wheel replacement for the car.
I paid quite a bit of money for a CPO Cadillac, I'd like to know if you could offer some ideas about how to take care of this.
"John McDonald, a General Motors spokesman, points out that auto makers are required by law to supply parts for the full warranty period."
My car is still under warranty, that seems like a serious issue to me.
