    Please help advise

I have a question, I purchased a 2009 cts with a rebuild title, I picked up the car in Chicago and drove home to new Orleans with no problems. Now I am noticing some things, the door panel drivers side is not working, the rear struts are noisy. There is a recall on the 09 cts for electrical. Question, does the dealer have to honor the Recall even with a rebuild title.

    Thanks, maxpro

Recalls are safety issues that need to get taken care of. Your dealership should not reject any recalls even if you have a rebuilt title. If they do, please let me know.

    Thank you,
