The Cadillac Owners Group is here to help you with issues you're experiencing with your Cadillac automobile(s). I'm seeing many questions asked in here that can be quickly answered by other members who've already experienced the problem(s) you're having. Please seek help in the community before you contact the Cadillac customer care representatives. This area should be used as a last resort.

    Thank you...

Just to clarify folks, please only post here if you have a car under warranty or recently expired, and have already attempted to resolve the issue with your dealer.

I'm moving a lot of posts lately asking questions about 10 year old cars, and those belong in the forum dedicated to that model car. Your fellow owners will be able to help you a lot better than Cadillac with a discontinued product. Thanks.

Perhaps the forum title should be changed. New members are assuming there is a "Customer Care" team here to answer any and all questions.

And it doesn't help that it is the very first subforum that new members see in the index. Maybe move it down between "past cadillac discussion" and "general discussion". jmo.
