Re: Dealers leasing 2009 Vs in CA through GMAC

Now that's not a bad deal on the surface. Had this been available when I decided on purchasing a V, I would have strongly considered it.

Unfortunately, that also means that there are many 2009 Vs unspoken for.

Re: Dealers leasing 2009 Vs in CA through GMAC

St. Claire announced it, but leasing programs are initiated by GM so any dealer should honor the deal assuming its GMAC. The resid is probably a percentage of whatever the MSRP is so it would adjust for options. But all the other rebates look to apply.

Paging Scott: what do you know about the leasing program? Thanks.

I called that St. Claire dealership.

They said it is NOT a national leasing program.

$9k down and over $900/month for a lease? HA!!! You can buy one cheaper. Cadillac makes some great cars, but GMAC has shit credit.

Regional then? I've never heard of a lessor or bank negotiating a program with a single dealer.

+1

And a $26K residual after 3 years on a $60k+ car... Ouch. That's almost as bad as GMAC asking for $9K down on a friggen LEASE.
