rubber seals

What is the best product to clean and preserve my rubber seals ( doors, trunk , sunroof ect) ? Thanks in advance

I have been using Adam's V.R.T. (Vinyl-Rubber-Tire) for the last 5 years or so and it is one on the best products that I have ever used. It is a cream & requires application with a towel or sponge. Not a lightweight spray on. I would think that Griot's has good products also.

Thanks for the feedback . How would you remove the dirt from the seals before applying the wurth rubber gasket stuff ? Warm water with a papertowel ?

^^ I use a mild soap, such as dish washing liquid soap, water, and a clean rag, (or paper towels ... ), rinse, dry, then apply.
