V2 Wheels

Is it my imagination or are the Pontiac G8 GXP wheels exactly the same as the V2's.

The wheels are the first thing I would replace on the new V. And thankfully we'll have plenty of options this time around.

I actually like how the design of the new V's wheels look like an arrangement of 'V's.

I would like to see Cadillac offer a nice 3 piece wheel with a lip though (maybe a BBS basketweave style center that could be had in satin chrome or bodycolor for colors like raven black and thunder grey).

Okay- I've looked at the picture of that G8 wheel for 5 minutes now, and I can't see a damn valve stem anywhere.

It's funny you mention that, because I sometimes see hollowed out triangular V's, while other times I see wide, rectangular spokes that have been hollowed out. It all depends on how your brain defines where the split between the spokes is.

Maybe a picture will help explain it. Forgive the crudeness of the edit, but I think you get the point:
