Re: Coupe is coming

can't wait for the V coupe!
I already notified my dealer to keep heads up and make sure I am in front of the line to order one!

Oh, and I love the yellow interior!
AND the center exhaust!

kick me, I don't care

Re: Coupe is coming

I dont mind yellow, Id just rather a more subdued yellow. Lets not forget, Cadillac alleady has used bold colors, both purple and orange.

I really dont like the rear of the coupe, either. I havent seen it in person, so my opinion isn't worth much, but I still havent seen a single picture that makes the back side look ok.

Thats not enough to discourage a purchase, tho, not even close. This car could come in pink and teal, only, and have flowers and plaid adorning the interior, and Id still buy one...

Re: Coupe is coming

When I was a kid they only people who drove four door cars were the ones that had their parents car.

Besides the Coupe should be much easier to get in and out of especially if you are over 5'10". I have a CTS and it's hard to get in and out of and I'm 6'1".

It will be espescially cool if there is no pillar between the back window and the door window; however spy pictures seem to show that the dreaded ugly pillar is there.

GMs "behind closed doors" approach to marketing indeed produces a delima. I would rather have a coupe but not if I have to wait another year or two. I might wait six more months. Since it appears that when the V comes out this fall, the question of the Coupe's arrival will still be an unknown,

soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, I will take the first V the dealership gets. If the coupe comes out six months later I can always park it on a railroad crossing!

Re: Coupe is coming

Considering the difficulty of getting a sedan kitted out to your liking, what do 'ya think lead times are gonna be for the coupe?, three months?.
Think the base MSRP for the coupe will go up/up/up as well?

Re: Coupe is coming

To me the question is will there be a 'vert C and 'vert CV? With XLR destined to disappear it would be logical.

Re: Coupe is coming

I think read some rumours about that. And I think we shouldn't rule it out. I mean, they make a wagon and a coupe. So why not a convertible?
