Hey all check out what was photographed
My favorite angles on this car too. Still imagining 500+ hp under that bonnet. Drooool.
I hope the black wheels will be a factory option. |

I hope by the time these things roll into production, they have figured out how to tighten that gap between the front edge of the hood and the nose-piece. Every head-on shot out there displays this enormous gap, and in everyone it is particularly worse on the left side. Looks like ass.

I wish they would put some snow tires on it and bring it to Cleveland for some...um....winter testing so it can be caught in the wild here. |

For example, I brought a friend to a the local Cadillac dealership to look at the new CTS today. I'm trying to get him away from Mercedes. He likes the car, and it probably won't be a deal breaker, but he noted cheap plastic - and even more astonishing (to me), he said the inside of the glove compartment seemed cheap.
Crazy? Maybe. But ya know what? People tend to look at these things. Again, it's not a likely deal breaker - but the little things don't necessarily go unnoticed.. You just cannot expect them to..

Now that you mention it, the wheel well material looks to be some kind of plastic too! And the railing that the front seat ride on is just black metal and not carbon fiber. And don't even get me started on the welds under the truck matting. Once you disassemble the entire truck, it's embarrassing how sloppy the welds are!
BTW - What are these black wheels you speak of!? Pix? |

This goes right along side looking for an excuse not to do something.

Good bodyshop could fix that.... I do agree come on at least get the gap even. This is no way a deal breaker for me though. The only thing standing in my way is if its over 70k, thats it. This car looks awesome wish I would of seen the other pics...... |

Like it or not a vehicle at that level MUST be able to withstand a great deal of detail scrutiny. Remember the Lexus commercial with the ball bearing rolling around the panel gaps? I know I notice that kind of thing when I look at cars, especially ones THAT expensive. |

I stared at that car for a long time in Detroit. Didn't notice that gap, or a difference in gap size.
