I ordered an '08 CTS badge from my Parts Dept. and replaced the one on my decklid (I like the new emblem better).

I'm happy with my not so stock 07, I prefer our body style to the new.
The one thing I can think of that I wish I had from the 08 is the NAV with the built in Hard Drive. I wonder if it will fit in the 07???? |

Aside from the fact that I don't want those Vents on my car either... The '08 looks to be an exceptional accomplishment for a company that put out the Cimmaron and the diesel hump back Seville among other lows not all that long ago.
So where's the new V?

Does anyone have any inside information on the outside possibility that the 2009 CTS V-Series will have the Ultra V8 instead of a high performance Chevy engine?
Or will the Ultra V8 be reserved for the higher-end Cadillacs only?
From what I've been able to find, it should be pretty awesome & naturally aspirated producing in the 350-400 HP range.
It will not be DOHC like the Northstar but conventional & slightly larger in displacement than the Northstar. |
