I'm in the San Fernando Valley!... The Valley!!!
Rims I got from Northridge Tire Pros (818.349.0647) - I paid around $1300 out the door for rims and tires! At the place I did business with a guy named Keith.... If you go there tell him I recommended the shop (Dariusz with a white 03 CTS - pretty sure he'll remember) maybe you can get a good deal as well!!! Good thing about that place, they took a lot of time on my car to make sure the ride quality is good!!! They balanced and re-balanced till it worked!!! They even at no extra charge changed tires from the Capitol Negotiators to my Current Kumhos so the shaking goes away! Hub center rings are a must as well!!!

As to the stero place, I haven't done anything to mine yet but a friend of mine goes to this place around the 5 and 118 freeways.... the guy does great work.... not cheap and takes his time but first class work... if you want anymore info let me know and I'll try to hook up the info for ya!!!

I went to a tint shop where I got my windows done and asked them for the same kind of film that's on my windows (just a big enough piece for the job) got it for free - went home made templates of the lights, cut therm out (make sure you cut them the right direction with the sticky part twords the lights).... cleaned the lights, sprayed with water, peeled the film, sprayed it, placed it and got out as much air as I could (pretty much no visible bubbles or anything like that) and DONE!!!

Ok, I'm not sure 100%, but I think my SM told me that even if they do get them to match up (and supposedly it's not a problem on all 03's) after you disconnect the battery and connect it back the clock might mess up and be out of range between the 2.... If you try this and it works that means you have one of the bad analog cluster...fuks!!! And shouldn't be a problem then getting it replaced.... Make sure if that happens to tell them that people have done it and you can even point them to the site here!!!

Kali im glad you like the new upgrade. Kinda sucks they didnt upgrade to teh 05...but hey it was all under warranty so you saved like 250 dollars (amount it cost me to buy my cluster, ship, and reprogram) and no more pesky analog clock!

I will definately try that when I get my car back although I have disconnected the battery before and I dont think it screwed with my analog clock. My dealer is pretty easy to get warranty work done. I had the headlight peeling problem and they replaced the headlights under warranty with no problem. I told them I could give them proof that it was happening to other people and she looked at me like I was crazy and said I didnt have to do that with them

Hope it works out for you so that you can get this mod done!!!

As to the headlights, you should probably post something in the thread: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums...g-peeling.html so that we see that more and more people are getting this done under warranty! This will maybe help with those flaky dealerships that don't want to do thier warranty jobs! I'm going in with the peeling on the Headlights sometime next week or so!!!

I bought mine from an on-line salvage yard for $89 plus $5 or so shipping - do a bit of searching for CTS parts. I don't have the link anymore, but there are a number of sources out there...

same here I got it for 100. Go check out www.car-part.com

Put in 2005 cadillac cts and for part put ''speedometer'' NOT instrument cluster. It will give you prices from high to low and the phone numbers of various salvage yards. Call em up and have em ship it out. Then you need to send it out to SPecmo (madison hieghts, MI) to reprogram the milage which is about 90 dollars.

Great, thanks for the advice. I'll definitely check into that next month or so when the stereo is paid off.

Hey guys...
I noticed that your clusters look different then mine.
mine are all black with chrom rings around them...
Is that because mine is 2005 or not...?
Also I think that a cluster like mine looks alot better...

Don't mind the speed shown in the picture... I photoshoped it
