I ordered a 2009 CTS, and surprise surprise its coming in a month early!!! Should be in any day now, but I'm worried that when the dealer gets it, they will install the front license plate bracket. I don't want them to. How fast do they install these brackets when they get the car?
Basically i'm asking if I will have time once the car comes in (and I'm notified) to tell them not to install the bracket or who can I talk to now to make sure it doesn't get installed before I see it?

They could do it right away, you may not have time if you wait. Tell the sales person now. I watched mine make a note on the prep order for the shop before the car was delivered to the dealer. I got exactly what I wanted including no dealer advertising on the car and no holes in the front bumper.
