Do we know when 2009 orders will begin be accepted
I emailed the dealer a week ago (they do not seem to return phone calls either), but I am about to give up on them. Communication is not strong with them and it might be time to move down the road to the next dealer. I never thought it would be so hard to give someone $40,000+ .

My dealer in CA said he could order my 09 next week. I am not sure I believe that he really knows but we will find out. Bluetooth is new and included if you order the PDQ package and paddle shifters are included with the Y43 Summer Tire package and FE3 Suspension. That is all I know off plus a couple of new colors.

I just spoke with my dealer since he was holding my order until the 2009 orders could be accepted. I was told that the order was placed this morning (May 19th). We were going to go over any price differences before the order but he said that there were no changes. I guess I'll take my chances. This is my first Cadillac, black on black fully loaded, trading in my 2000 BMW 328. I loved that car but do not like the looks of the new ones so my husband suggested looking at the CTS. I love the chrome grille and accents. It reminds me of my first car, a '55 black Chrysler Town and Country, lots of chrome and big back lights similar to the look of the new CTS. I can't wait!!

The officaial date for the release of 2009 pricing on the CTS is Wednesday, May 21st. Also note that incentives on 2008's will very well change on that date as well.
Hopefully there will be some big incentives on the 2008's in order to clear dealer invantory. I am beginning to get the feeling that CTS's are not moving as fast as they did earlier this year. I believe this has a lot to do with incrreasing gas prices and inflation that is now hiting the auto industry in general

That would great as I'm curious as all get out to know exactly what my '09 CTS is gonna cost me.
BTW, will I be able to "Build Your Cadillac" on cadillac.com or "Build Your Own" on gmbuypower.com (GM Supplier) with '09 CTS pricing tomorrow, too, or is the pricing only being released to dealerships for now?
