I contacted about 30 dealers here in Michigan before I bought my car, and everyone of them offered me GMS and GMU and this was for both cars on the lot and ones that would have to be ordered. I of course used GMS, but I have not heard of anyone in this state who would not accept it or GMU.

Thanks to everyone for your quick response regarding a dealer not accepting supplier pricing. I thought it was a little strange so I contacted another dealer and they did honor supplier pricing. The original dealer I contacted was Allen Cadillac in Laguna Niguel, CA.

You are still making money on GSU/GSM.....I would say you are very shortsighted....I deal only once with any business that see short term gains only.....I want you to make money, no questions about it! But I also expect you threat me as a customer...and in a professional way....pure and simple...

It's BS because GM simply isnt in the position to have dealers turning away sales. A dealer that doesnt honor GMS or supplier here in Michigan would die in a month, EVERYONE here is eligable one way or another As far as what I do for a living, way to many things LOL
