Pretty sure Im going to sell my CTS

Will probably put it on here, ebay and craigslist early next week.

I think Im going to ask 18k OBO. It has 72k miles and all my mods and what not.

Any thoughts on this?

Is it woodgrain/heated seats/bose? I love your car..idk if it'd bring quite 18K though. If you found someone that wanted all the mods you've done then I think you could definitely get 18K. That will be the challenge..

That means all your mods will pretty much have to be given away for free!
Might as well put it back to stock and sell it for the same price, and sell all the mods separately!

Yeah you should prob put it back to stock and sell.....for sure. I call Sport Grill! And if you didn't live in Iowa I'd trade you my polished 17s for your sport 18s plus a little cash..I got bridgestone potenzas on them too..expensiveee tires.

What the hell?! Everyone is dumping their cars right now. Now is not the time to be selling a car.

If you do, I would do like the others said; pull all your mods and return it to stock. The only people who want a modded car want to do it all themselves.

Eh this aint gonna be easy thats for sure! HAHA!

When I first bought the car I had a roommate that was pretty much paying the car payment with the rent he was paying me. This made having the car muuuuccchhhh easier. He moved out in February. While I can quite easily pay for and drive the car, it is putting a little bit of a financial burden on me since I own and pay for my house as well as all my other bills obviously. I figure with the way things are going I need to start saving more and being a little more fiscally responsible. I also want to have more money for vacations and travelling and such.

It is my daily driver. I am replacing it with an 02 to 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland edition. At this point I should be able to get one with around 75000 miles for 10k or less. This would reduce my car payment by more than half. I will also be much better equipped to deal with the harsh Iowa winter.

I plan on selling the car with all the mods as I dont really have the replacement parts. I have the 17" wheels with Blizzak WS-60s on them. I plan on offering them with the car for an aditional $450. I think having the mods will greatly help to sell the car as I have a pretty unique CTS. I think this will help as it is a real head turner.

Arg this car has been my baby for almost 3 years......

I realize I wont get 18k for the car but Im just using that as a jump off point. Im doing 18k OBO.

Also nothing is set in stone at this point.......

Once the GF moves in next year I will have my bills cut in half and will start preparing to buy something super fast. Likely a Gen 2 V (used) or a used G8 GXP.
