Lost all my steering wheel contols even horn

Hey guys, I recently lost all of my Steering Wheel Controls after having some work done on my car. The airbag light is on and none of the lights on the steering light up or work. The Horn is out to. The battery was unhooked while the work was being done. I looked at the fuses but all seemed well. Please Help.

Headers...I think I have it pin pointed at the SIR Coil thanks to ewill3rd. The Mechanic started the car without the steering shaft hooked back up which caused the wheel to spin. I'm trying to get Price Checks on the SIR Coil and it is almost $300 here in Missouri. I'm going to give Luke a call at Lindsay. I cant find a part # for it anywhere. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

If the wheel rotates with the shaft disconnected the "clock spring" tape won't be centered and when you go to turn the wheel it will break the coil inside.
$300 sounds about right, Luke might be able to give you a discounted price, not sure.
Let me know if you plan on doing it yourself, I'll give you a few pointers.

I'm ordering from Luke on Monday and will be doing the work myself. Pointers would be great!!
