I am not really a transmission guy, you'd want to go road test with Carter, he is a shop foreman and pretty good at pinpointing those transmission issues. From our shop you can get on 395 and drive up about 5 miles at highway speeds, more if need be to get it acting up so he can see it. If you can show him what it is doing, he can pick one of our transmission guys that will fix it up right. If you had radio or electrical problems, or pretty much anything else... I'd be your man. I am trained on that transmission but I don't work on them much so I don't know the ins and outs of them. I know Carter has done battle with some really crazy intermittent stuff on those.
You can call ahead, talk to an advisor... maybe Donna. Tell her that Bill told you that Carter needs to road test a car with you. If you are still under Cadillac factory warranty and you can show Carter what it is doing you should be able to take a rental until we can get it ironed out. If Carter sees it acting up he'll keep someone on it until they find the problem. I can't promise anything except that we'll do the best we can.
