18" ASA JS5's

I managed to find a used set of 18" ASA JS5's with tires for a very good price, AND they're local so no shipping! I wanted to check here first because I do have some fitment concerns.

The guy doesn't have the backspacing/offset information and I don't really understand it so that info wouldn't really help me because I'm mathematically-challenged. I'm hoping someone can help me out with this...
They're off a 98 Maxima (5x114.3) so I'm a little concerned about going from a FWD to RWD.

anything I should be concerned about?

you're going to need hubcentric rings.
cts bolt pattern is 5x115

is that something I can pick up from my local Wal-Mart? kidding!!!!

Are hubcentric rings wheel-specific or can I just go to the local speed shop and tell them I need hubcentric rings and give them the wheel info?
