The weight of the ballast makes the housing shake when I hit a bump and you see the light reflection bounce on the road. Next weekend I have to go in there and move the balast.

Interesting, I have mine mounted there and have not had this problem. I also have STS-V fogs but figured it would be the same.

Maybe it's the bulb, or maybe it's the housing assembly, I'LL find out when I move the ballast to the chassis. When I hit a bump I can see the light on the pavment bounce.
