I had no intention of selling my grilles until I saw a member looking for what I had lying around in the garage. So I followerd the flow of this post and ended up selling two grilles. It's not like I started out selling something that needed to be placed in the classified section. Isn't this part of what we come together for.

I see your point, and believe you were just being helpful. More to the point is the fact that you didn't receive an infraction for arranging this sale. The gentle reminder was for anyone who may be reading through this thread, not you alone. I'm not trying to break your balls man, but we have to be even handed with the rules and (on occasion) reminding people of the rules.

But since you asked, no that's not what these forums are here for. If you want to buy or sell there are other sites designed with that in mind. We don't want people coking up forums with want adds and for sale adds. That's what the classifieds are for.
