Has anyone ordered and installed a CTS 2005 lower grill from this company? If so, how do you install it? No instructions where in the box and they do not return emails or calls in a timely manner.

take a pic so we can help. but, i'm sure you drill a small hole in each of the black plastic inserts on each side of the bumper, then push the pins from the grille in them and attach the lock nut.

I ordered the CTS lower grille from them about a month ago. Once i got the grille, the instructions were for how to install the upper grille, (so i was kind of mad), and then the hardware that came w/the grille didn't fit. so i called them to see if they could send me the right hardware, and they said that's all they had. so i was pissed. And after talking to them on the phone, about how bad they're service was,etc..., they ended up letting me keep the grille, and they sent my money. So bascially i got the grille for free!! thats my experience with Grille4U.

Thanks guys. So far the screws fit and i figured i would have to drill through the black plastic plates as well to attach it as there is no screw holes.

why didnt you just take the plastic plates out? they pop right out.

I just took mine out also. the mounting hardware was no help to me either. i emailed the company and they did finally get back to me. they stated they had had reports of the hardware not being right and "were looking into it". i just made my own. they offered to pay for the stuff i bought, it just wasn't worth it.

whats all this talk about mounting hardware and having to buy extra stuff?

my E&G had a piece at the end that you'd bend & slide perfectly into the pre-existing slot in those black plastic pieces in the lower grille space. 2 minute install.

dont remember, it was a package deal. Upper grille & lower grille + installation (i was new to the car then) from then dealership. it was upwards of $800 for that & then a little more for the exhaust tips too. I know, ridiculous, but thats what I get for buying through a dealership.

the grille i bought was about $80 plus $2-3 bucks for the hardware. the difference in price was worth a little trip to Home Depot for me.
