OnStar Upgrade

Mine was upgraded too when they first started talking about it last year and not sure when my service is up.. so what is going to happen then? Since I have already had the service, will I get to continue maybe on a month to month or sign up for another year.? Either way, I will do it becasue like others mentioned, the phone when driving and the safety if my wife takes the car....

Go to MYGMLINK.COM and register your VIN... it will show you when it expires and there is also a lot of good info there. Like PDF owners manuals, links to onstar, your repair history at the dealer etc etc.

I have been to that site and filled all of that information out but they have never updated the site with my stuff. I sent several email to their support and such but all I have ever got from them was an automated email stating they are looking into the issues. Then I get one a month later asking about how I thought the service was with the trouble I had. I went and checked, still no information. This has happened 3 times and on the last one, I told them what I thought about them. Hell, who knows, I am probably black listed now....
