Thanks, the look will be complete with my EXTREME smoked fogs!

It's a discontinued PA plate. DARE - Drug Abuse Resistance Education. They stopped making them in black a couple years ago because everyone was getting them because they're black and not because they believe in DARE.

DE has black plates available too I believe.
