cts-v rear bumper on regular cts

ya i bought a brand new one for about 450, but by he time i got all the other pieces and paint it creeped up to 1500 bucks.
brake ducts
fender liners
splash guard
lower grill
sts-v fogs
paint
and shipping.

Do I need the STS-V fogs? Or will the regular STS fogs/brackets fit on the V bumper??

You don't need most of the things on that list.

The only brackets that are a perfect fit in the CTS-V bumper are CTS-V fog brackets.

The STS-V brackets require a little bit of modification to fit. If you want you can even use your base CTS brackets with some modification, some people have done it.

All fogs will fit the brackets tho.

In short:

CTS-V brackets = Perfect fit
STS-V brackets = Slight modification to fit
Base CTS brackets = The most modification to fit

the brake ducts, splash guard, and liners are are so cheap ya might as well do it right. if you were planing on buying fogs ya might as well get the sts-v fogs they have the duct hook up for the brakes./ same price and the mod is easy.
any bodyshop can mix the required color.
