headlight condensation please help

I have searched this forum and found posts on this and have heard there is a TSB out for this. Can anyone provide me a link to the TSB. I just traded my white 03 for a black 05 and before I bought it I said i wanted the condensation fixed. well they tried and failed, now they are giving me the run around and Im supposed to find out tomor if they will fix it under factory warranty. I have a feeling they will come up with another excuse and I would like some facts to back myself up. Thanks guys.

Before they finish the replacement for you, ask to have your old lights back, by law, they should be able to give them back to you (i think).

put one headlight in your oven on bake for 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Then push it really really tightly together, it should actually eliminate any future condensation issues.

I had a light replaced under warranty, and the dealer told me that GM requires the return of the lights for warranty repairs - some of the returns are repaired and sent back out into the field.

The dealer is finally going to replace the headlight with a new one. They were originally just going to swap a good headlight from my 03 that I traded in. It was a pain in the ass, but its getting fixed this week.
