Yeah, don't feel too bad for him. He's still here selling products. Just won't come clean and make good on the little people he shat on or return messages to the countless threads open asking where he and his product is.

Has anyone emailed him about this? If you guys have been waiting for months and I've been waiting for some time too, then we all need to do chargebacks if he won't communicate with us! If a merchant won't send the goods then we can do something called a chargeback if you paid with a credit card or even some debit/check cards. You get your money refunded by your credit card company, and the merchant basically gets ****ed because he is charged multiple fees. It seems as if he is scamming us, especially if he is not communicating while selling other products. Call your credit/debit card company and ask about it, he will be royally screwed if he gets stuck with multiple chargebacks. That kind of thing is disastrous for a small, online business, but it is deserved if people have waited five months.
I think its time for the MODS to step in and kick him from the board!! Im surprised it has gone on this long......OK, lets go, get him off the board, and this time dont let him come back under another name like last time! And please remove his advertising on the right side of the board.....
You guys need to complain to admin, they have power to get him off this board! They cant get your money back, but at least he wont get anyone elses money!!

I reiterate, chargeback! If a lot of people chargeback then he will be hit with many fees, and may lose the ability to process credit cards for his business.
