Ok, quick update. production started with a little delay. instead of morning, they started cuting pieces late afternoon. problem was, when I opened zip files that WW sent me. those files were in Adobe Illustrator format, and the place who is doing all this, they use Corel Draw. So I had to run around to figure out and find someone how to convert from Ai to EPS format (whatever).
Later on tonight I was bored, and tried to see what does it takes to take factory lense out of stock CTS fog light. ( I had few laying around). It was actually easy. I preheated oven @ 200 and then placed fog assembly in it. after 3 min. took it out and using big flat head screw driver started prying out little by little with a little bit of force. then placed it back in the oven for 3 min. and then same thing. the whole thing took me a little bit under 30 min per fog light.

also I noticed that factory lense is curved. now I understand when I've seen some posts when people were saying that plastic was coming out. because when You try to glue flat piece on the curved object, its not really good idea for long run ( but I may be wrong).

So, tomorrow I can ask guys how how much more $ they want to make the same curve.

Sometimes it pays to "do it right the first time"...... GREAT work... I for one am lazy and appreciate the efforts you are putting into making my car look slick!

I'll pay for curved pieces. We talking $5, $10, $15? It's all worth it to me to make the job easier and the finished product better.

If you can get the curved pieces to work I will take those as well. I got WW's ready to install just waiting for a nice day again, but I would put curved ones in if available.
