I dont know if I would call it a conversion....The only thing "V" on my car is the bumper/grills....

But yes, all I did was change the bumper, foglight housing, and buy a lower grill

ok so the inner fender from the ts fits on the V bumper? Can i fit the cts foglight on the v bumper?

You can either get the cts-v fog lights and housing or you can modify the sts-v housing with your stock cts fog lights.
