Whistle sound while driving my CTS?!?!

Ok so i've been noticing something on my '06 CTS with the 3.6 in it. On my way to school today i was driving along and probably going about 35 or less and I notice a very low pitched whitsle sound comming from the front of the car, most likely from under the hood, but idk what caused it to make that particular sound. It goes away when i let of the gas and slow down but comes back when I hit a certain speed. The catch is, is that it doesn't do it all the time. Since I bought the car last september, it has done it once in a while.

Does anyone have any ideas?

i dont think it is coming from the back....my guess is the way the wind is hitting the front of the car and where it is routed through...

but seriously, my car does the same thing... i have an 05 3.6, except mine does it on a regular basis.. it only does it when i am giving it gas, and speeds betwen like 15-40. oh, i got another noise! a clackity noice coming from under the hood, i notice it at drive throughs and stuff, but when i shake the steering wheel it stops... wtf

It could be the windshield or trim around it or something else the wind catches.
Look it over for a trouble spot,...drive it until it whistles,put a peice of tape over what might be the trouble spot,drive it,if it stops you found your problem,if it doesnt keep looking. A freind did windshields and it happens all the time. It may be that !

Mine whistles like crazy, and it's because the piece of trim at the top of the windshield keeps coming loose. I can actually open the sunroof and reach forward and fix it while the car is in motion, so I'm 100% sure that's the source of the whistle. Not sure yet how to fix it permanently, though. That piece of trim seems just to press into place, but it doesn't hold on well enough. I might try a soft adhesive.
