Any opinions..Yokohama Avid Tires

I need tires sooner rather than later, but I'm unsure what to buy. I've been looking at these Yokohama Avid W4S or the Yokohama H4s/V4s. I figure I should go with an All season tire, b/c I want a comfortable ride in all conditions and need better treadwear and traction than these GARBAGE goodyear's. Any opinions would help a lot....Another crazy question: Has anyone driven on Blizzak LM-22 tires all year, not just for winter use.

Oh yeah, I have a 03 luxury sport model. 225/50/17 tires
