I'm rather surprised this didnt get mentioned sooner, even a pint (or half liter) water bottle in (either of) my cup holders is in the way of my conrol of the shifter in my V (assumption is that this would also be the case in non-V manual trans.).

I kow the HID lights are available but I don't think they have the auto-leveling
feature.

I do believe they are - I've never taken one apart, but the parts listing lists a headlamp leveling module, leveling armature, and leveling linkage. The schematics also show a leveling arm and module that is not on my non-HID headlamps.

GOOD STUFF! I think I can agree with most listed even some offered as options.
I'm having to think harder to make up my OWN list now.

This is the feature I meant which is available on non-North America STSs:

"On vehicles sold outside North America, the STS will only be equipped with the
HID lighting system as well as a dynamic headlamp leveling system – a feature where
the lens automatically aligns itself to the vertical height of the road based on vehicle pitch."
