i've seen a dude w/ 23's on a cts before. but thats the first time i've seen 24's...

i think they're TIS wheels... just like yours...

and TIS builds the wheels especially for fitment of each vehicle or something like that right? maybe thats y they're working without needing to lift the car?

Okay, thats enough...where will it end? That doesn't even look kind of okay. The DONK look is not for the cts, its for 1985 Caprice Classic's.

Swift, is it finished... looks like some serious work going on. I'd like to see the finished product, at least your being different. Also, yeah i can use all the friends i can get!
