I drive all suburbs and i get 19.7. But when i'm on the highway i average 29, so idk maybe change your driving habits? My car is stock by the way.

i get 18 mpg with mostly city driveing with my little 2.8, which is about the same as my bmw 328i

I get over 30 as good as 34 with the cruise on the highway no flooring it

I've had my 06 for about 2wks, put 2k on it mostly hwy, and avaeraged 26hwy (keeping around 70). My 99 GP & 94 Comero (lil v6) get about 33/35 on the hwy driving the same, but then they're not a Caddy.
