1. Should I buy a Sport Grille or V Grille?
2. What color is the mesh behind the Sport Grille?
3. Does a mesh lower grille go with the Sport Grille?
4. Should I use my Volant or my K&N? I have both, who wants to buy my extra? (K&N is new)
5. Where should I place my passport when I hardwire?
6. What pressure should I keep my tires at?
7. My trunk lid hydraulics are bad, GMPP doesn't cover the hinges. What can I do?
8. Any reccomendations on a Bluetooth music A2DP adapter to connect to my phone?
9. My girl got me a KCA-ip500 Ipod Adapter for Kenwood stereos. Can I get a 5L connection into a non XM bose setup?
I'm bad at making decisions. Once I get help with these questions I'll donate $50. Oh and hi I'm Colin. I'm a lurker. I own a Caddilac Deville 87 in great condition, and I 'upgraded' to my current car this past summer.

Once I get help with these questions I'll donate $50. | Some personal preference, but since I am getting paid for my input here it goes.
1. Sport, its still agressive, looks great in black, and to me the V does not look right w/o the V bumper.
2. chrome, or silver, not too hard to get it powdercoated if u want it bodymatched, but the chrome goes with the rims
3. there is not one factory made, GM geek I am sure is probably making a quality substitute, I have one I got from Lummy03 but he stopped making it
4. Use the K&N for more roar I understand. Sell me the Volant and I will just deduct the $50 from this off the price.
5. Just under the rear view mirror hard wired. Looks cool, and always in eye sight.
6. 30psi 32 max
7. close the trunk gently, or replace them cant be too expensive.
8. No clue, sorry
9. Cant help u here either. |

If you want more power and roar go with the K&N rig. The K&N rig is better for the 3.2 |

Volant:
Gain Up To 18 Horsepower And 40 Ft Lbs Of Torque
K&N:
Produces An Additional 8.66 Horsepower At 6300 RPM
What's the dyno say? |

What's the dyno say? | Well you can't believe the advertizing hype. In the dyno tests in the Challenge the number at the rear wheels were like 8-10HP as I recall. |

Ok, cmon now! Hey if you send me 2000 dollars Ill give you a decal that adds 500+hp! I promise!!
For the 3.2 the K&N adds more power. It was proven on a dyno run. | | Tags: 8500, cai, cold air intake, mesh grille, passport, sell, sport grille, trade, v grille, volant, x50 | | Cadillac Discussion Tools | | |
