So, he is too sick to send somebody a refund but he is well enough to keep posting and pushing his products on this board? Hes even well enough to keep on selling his brake parts.
I call BS. I seriously doubt he is even sick. Since his supposed life threatening illness took him over he has still been posting and selling stuff?? Whats up with that?
Bob, how do you know he is actually sick? Do you have any kind of proof besides him telling you so? The guy has been proven to be full of shit time and time again- how does anyone know he is actually sick.
He was pushing his brakes and posting as recently as the end of November.
If he is truly sick than Im very sorry for his illness. Being sick is no excuse to utterly screw someone over- end of story. | That sums it all up.Well said |

he is not at john hopkins. tell me another lie.
go ahead an call the front desk, they will be more than happy to tell you if a specific person is there.
and having a friend WORKING there is pretty nice as well.
CMS or pete, never had the capacity or intention of producing these headers. he sold out the 5 he bought from lund and thats it. the rest of you suckers are out in the cold.
the over priced brake kit? oh please. we found his supplier and he was really overcharging the forum members.
a NAV robert bought from him? at what price? we can get them anywhere.
the billet door locks? he bought the remainder off of a forum member then upped the price. thats it. here they are http://lastss.cadillacfaq.com/
edited: removed pete's contact info. Sal doesnt want any legal complications

Calling some one a liar is serious Kael. I won't forget that nasty and mean spirited remark.
You pulled 5 Huggers out your arse as he only sold three. No one, even me, has any idea what his inventory looks like. Not that you could afford it it but you couldn't have bought them anyway.
I bought my NAV with antenna and series 6 disc for $700. You gonna tell me I paid to much? Most are paying $1000 to $1200.
$1500 for a BAER Big Brake set up. Show me a better deal on the same kit.
The billet door locks were free. Let me see you beat that deal.
Why post CMS info and worry about Sal. I already gave that information to Matt.
This thread should be allowed to die as no good will come from it. As nasty as Kael was he contributed nothing to the well being of the Forum or to Matt. |

Why let it die? Why would you even want this to die? It SHOULD be kept up top so all the members here can see what is going on and what developments happen.
Sal told me to worry about Sal, he doesnt want the static coming down on him.
. Contributed? well I did till I was told the contact Info I posted was relayed already and that it was taken down from the public forum to prevent any legal backlash. Posting his work number and address could possibly be contstrued as invitation to harm, so thats a no no. And showing community support is always nice.
Mean? hell yes. and Liar.. oh man robert. why dont you go back and read some of the things that Pete has said to me and to other members here.
Either he is lying to you or you are lying for him. Everyone knows you help pimp his products at every opportunity, who knows, maybe thats how you got a deal on your nav.
And stop taking things personnal and making a post into a flame war. This is about getting matt his cash back and exposing a fraud. lets keep it on that topic. |

Pete may have feet of clay but until someone posts pictures of him disco dancing in the wee hours I am willing to accept that he may have serious health problems. For now he is more to be pittied than censured. Pete is a convicted BS artist and tester of legal limits but he isn't any worse that about 1/2 of the used car salemen I have known. For now it won't hurt anybody to use this thread to keep all interested parties informed of progress in getting this settled. Robert is just trying to present facts from his point of view and cut a little slack for Pete until all the evidence is in. Polling the jury before the trial eliminates all the unpleasant suspense but you might wind up having to consume a very large helping of crow.

If someone is a bad seller we should all know. Then it's buyer be where,I just bought my first item last week because others said he was ok. even though they bought the panels at different prices the guy is sending the stuff out. I would love to buy the bottom grill, but sorry I'm going to see how it go's first. I'll probably make someone mad, but that's the way I feel.150.00 loss would be bad but 800.00 I would be real pissed I might drive there, drove to Holland,Michigan for a 500.00 back in 1975. |

I don't think the story was meant to flatter. Sometimes you look a lot better when you let things slide. Anybody that would risk his last dime on a performance part for a car has bigger problems to worry about. |

Bob is a CMS fanboy and will support Pete no matter what he does or doesnt take care of.
Most everyone else has never done business with CMS but has an expert opinion on how he does business.
Koz always has a story.
This thread isnt nearly the entertainment I hoped it would be... | | Cadillac Discussion Tools | | |
