You have to pay top dollar for the best oats. If you're willing to let them send them through the horse first they're lots cheaper. You're lucky to get a bumper and trunk lid painted at a good shop for $1399. I think you got what you paid for. It's going to be all down hill from here. I can't imagine anybody thinking they're going to get anything other than a little color squirted on at MAACO.

Re: Horrible paint job! What do i do? ---Photo's

Ok, so if someone did that to your car then your insurance should have paid for it to be fixed to original. In that case, why didn't you just take it and have the dealer do it? Insurance should have paid for it.

Re: Horrible paint job! What do i do? ---Photo's

Wow! I really feel sorry for you. You got the kind of paint job that's reserved for an old beater that's been driven through a sandstorm and all the paint blasted off one side. Now you need a girlfriend whose dad owns a body shop. Or maybe a girlfriend that does bodywork. Live and learn. This is going to cost you thousands at trade in time.

A first class shop is going to want to strip the whole car now because what MAACO put on there is going to start falling off tomorrow.

Re: Horrible paint job! What do i do? ---Photo's

I'm reminded of the time a friend had a TV repairman come to his house. The repairman worked on the TV while my friend and his family ate dinner. There came a tremendous BOOM! from the front room and glass flew everywhere. My friend dashed into the room to see the TV destroyed. The repairman looked him in the eye and with a straight face said, "Boy! That's gonna' cost ya". True story.
