Help!!!! Speedometer And Odometer

Hey guys, this is my first blog. I am a new CTS owner 2007 3.6 black on black with kuxury interior and Navigation!!! I just had a Parrot bluetooth instaled and it works awesome, my stereo shuts off and works through my speakers.
The problem is, I started driving today and the ODOMETER and SPEEDOMETER are not working..... The Odometer is not ticking and the SPEEDOMETER is at 0. Please help me guys, tell me you know what the problem is. I have an appointment at cadillac on Tuesday, but I dont think the warranty will cover it because i used an after market product. Please advise, for I am your new brother with this awesome purchase of an amazing car!!!

Yikes... sounds like a wire got unplugged from your dash cluster. Did you install the parrot? Can you uninstall it? That would be my suggestion. Check all the connections on the back of your dash cluster and see if that works.

I opened the dash because I thought it would be something different!!! But I had it installed for me. I went back to the place and they said that would have nothing to do with the parrot being installed!!! I love this Kit though and I love my car. I think I am going to stick with Cadillac from now on, I sometimes find myself driving just to drive. If this gets fixed with the parrot working, I am going to be soooooo excited

Did you purchase - Parrot CK3000 Evolution ??? If so, what was the cost... just curious...

I suspect a problem with the VSS wire to the speedo. It's the brown wire as I recall.

Something got disconnected for sure.....and if it worked before the install and doesnt work now.....the installers did it

And please show us some pics...I want to see this thing as I might get it

Im sure they'll figure it out for you. I wouldnt worry. Im glad youre excited about your car. you got a good one!

You have three days of fun driving and it won't add a single mile to
your car! Of course, you have to make sure you don't get a speeding
