vent knobs

About 2 months after I got my 2005, while cleaning the dash I hit one of the knobs that directs the airflow out of the center dash vents and broke it off. I epoxied it back on, but it keeps breaking off. Does any one know how I can get the parts number so I can order a replacement? I quess I'll need to order the complete vent assembly. It's the complete top part of the vent section that has the 2 vent knobs, and it looks like I should be able to just pop it off and replace it. Thanks.

Thanks for the parts list. That's what I needed. I though GM parts direct would have a searable interface.

At GMPD if you don't have a PN it's impossible to find anything. At Lindsay Cadillac it might be a tad higher but it's nice to communicate with someone.
Did you save that link on your CTS Parts List?

Absolutely. Great reference I wasn't aware of. I found the part on pg 128--pt. 30, Plate accessory trim, but it lists it as "with" and "without" towing package. Odd that that would make a difference. I don't have a towing package, but then under "without" it lists 1st design and then second design. Any idea what that means? Thanks for your help Robert. You're a great resource for everyone.

I had one of mine broken off to but i just sent it to the dealer to fix it. It's warrantied and it's just another reason to rape one of their loaners ...hehehe

Dammit! That knob is under warranty? I've been driving around with a broken one since I got my 03., I heard it's over $200. I think my warranty just ran out too..
