    QuestionQuad Exhaust? - (Opinions Please)

Alright, I am wanting to mod my CTS, just a little bit.

The first item I was considering (although now I am thinking rader/laser detector ) was a dual exhaust for my '03.

I asked the dealer and he said "Yeah, its stainless and dual and has Quad Exhaust tips, just like on the DeVille and the other big cars." All of this for $2,200. I thought that was kind of high.

    Other mods:
    Radar detector (built in)
    Nav System (Bose head)
    Heater Seats (Nice and comfy)
    Spoiler :coolgleam
    Mud Guards .
Oh yeah, and Embroidered floor mats.

    Thanks in advance.

Nope. But, I was hoping it would give me those 35 ponies you got in your 3.6L

Picture it. A CTS with Quads... If you can picture a DeVille, then angle it up and make it smaller... Then you have ???

I have Corsa stainless quad tip on my 03, and they were one grand installed at a quality speed shop. The dealer is bending you over.

BTW - You won't get near 35 HP. Remember it's a single pipe to the dual mufflers and quad tips.

Well, I did find an after market stainless, dual exhaust (true dual) from Borla, with single exits (one each side)... They looked nice!

I will just buy Maganaflow performance universal muffler. I put two in my SRX v-6, they sound good and performance too.
