What Have You Done/What You Need Done

The purpose of this thread is to help eachother complete different fixes on our cars. Here I'll start and then explain it

    Car Year: 2003
    Car Owned Since: 6/7/2014
    Mileage: 94,000

    Completed:
    Oil Change
    Oil Filter Change
    Air Filter Change
    Bank 2 Sensor 1 O2 Sensor Replaced
    Bank 2 Sensor 2 O2 Sensor Replaced
    Repaired Rear Sail Panels
    Replaced Driver Side Power Mirror
    Replaced Both Rear Window Regulators/Motors

    Need Done:
    New Rear Differential Bushing
    New Front Headlights
    New Car Stereo

So as you can see I have clearly demonstrated everything I know how to do. So if anyone needs helps repairing their rear windows they can find my post and ask me questions, best product to use, additional tools they might need, tips to make the repair go smoother and any other general information about carrying out the task. Alternatively, if you see someone that needs something done to their car you can offer up help. For instance another member may see my post and see that I need to have my front headlights replaced they may want to shoot me a message telling me to make sure that I ensure both headlights are functioning before putting the front bumper back on the car. Just a little topic I thought might make it easier to pool all the knowledge of our message boards here.

except for one rear door window switch that is able to roll the window down but not up. so I know the windows aren't locked out, for some reason the switches aren't working? I don't know much about how the power windows work, do I have a switch problem or regulator problem?

I have had a window problem since day 1 with my 03. I can control all windows up and down from the drivers seat, the other 3 can be rolled up from their switch....not down. It get kind of old when the girlfriend wants to spit her gum out the window. I have to roll it down, but she can roll it up.

Pull off the door panel and look at the wires going to the control box inside the door panel

I have had those panels off so many times. I could take them off with my eyes closed in about 2 minutes, I have never found anything wrong

Switches might just be getting worn out. Look on eBay and try replacing it. Beyond that I'd say you're could to have to pull out a multimeter and check the wires and find out what's going on.
