With this arrangement the camshafts, check the crankshaft label. If it is installed correctly, your problem is not with Belt

Re: 03 cts 3.2l timing belt

The cams line up to the cover marks. Somebody that was helping me with the timing decided to put loctite in the bolt that holds the idler pulley between cams #2,3 and cam #3 moved to the right. Quickly moved it back to the left and lined up the marks. Turned on the car and thats where the misfire started. I did a cylinder pressure test and i got 180-210 psi on all cylinders so i pretty sure i have no bent valves. Checked my spark plugs and all 3 plugs had cracked by the insulator part of the plug. Replaced them with Autolite plugs. Gapped them. Can these brand of spark plugs cause a misfire?

I think you should test your ignition module and camshaft sensor
