    Rear Airbag Panel

I recently bought a 2003 Cadillac CTS. It has a few issues which I intend on fixing myself as I fixed the majority of mechanical and non-mechanical problems with my old car. The first problem I want to tackle is the piece of trim in the back of the car in the interior covering the side airbag is hanging down. Where can I buy a new one? I don't know exactly what to call it so finding it anywhere online hasn't exactly been easy.

    Re: Rear Airbag Panel

Folks refer to them as "sail panels" (since that's what the Factory Service Manual calls them), and there's a quick fix that you can do (rather than buying new ones). If you use the google search function and look for "sail panel fix" you'll find a number of threads, mostly in the 2004-2007 V forums. Basically, it's just a matter of using a washer to fix where the mounting hole cracks and lets the mounting screw pull through.
