Oxygen Sensor Codes Wont Go Away

    Hey guys,

My 2003 Cadillac CTS had the check engine light on and had the codes - P0056 & P0161.
Both these codes referring to the Bank2 Oxygen sensor.
After replacing the oxygen sensor the engine light turned off and then came back on 30 minutes later - the same codes P0056 & P0161 were back.
The next day when I started my car the engine light was gone and then came back again 30 minutes later it came back on and now is back again permanently by the looks of it.

Does anyone know what the problems might be?

ECM, it's a known problem with the ECM saying an O2 sensor(s) is bad.

Yeah I've been chasing it down and it's lead me to believe its the same thing.

Is it worth fixing? How much is a new ECM?
