    5x115 = The Devil

    I just have to say I hate the 5x115 bolt pattern on the CTS and GM cars. Whenever I find a rim I like its all the bolt patterns except 5x115. I needed to vent a little.

    Jon, you are 19? from looking at your car I'd think you are almost 40 like me. most young guys like you are into 20"rims and lowered suspensions with really fat tires and rolled fender lips. for a guy like me it's 17's or 18's, a Volant air intake, a V or Borla exhaust and maybe some brake upgrades.

    i'm actually into performance over looks dept.
    If i can get a set of lightweight wheels to fit big brakes, then that's the route that i'm taking. (My 1piece forged 19"x8.5" weight less than 22lbs each.)

    the 5x115.3 will work fine. you have a lot more choice with that pattern. I have them on mine CTS. It's 18" with cocentric ring. I have try it at 120 mph with no vibration

    Re: 5x115 = The Devil

    21, bought it when I was 20...

    Anyways, I thought the CTS was 5 X 114.3 (at least that's the bolt pattern I had ordered for me)

    Has anyone thought about using those hubcentric rings to fit in the center bore?

    Wratran-
    Is the cocentric ring the same as those hubcentric rings?
