CTS engine problems (low idle misfire)

My 2003 CTS is sick :/ I bought the car a few weeks ago with some problems, I've already posted some on here, including my low idle misfire. My one entire bank (cylinders 1-3-5) are misfiring at idle. When I first start the car cold it idles at 1200 rpm or maybe a little more (scanner is on the way so for now no exact number). At the higher first start idle it idles fine but as the engine warms up and the idle drops down to normal it starts misfiring. Sometimes it's worse than others. This morning for the first time I noticed a message on the clock/display screen that said 'reduced engine power' I pulled out of my own driveway and it wouldn't even do 5mph. I turned around and went back, shut the car off, restarted it, and the message didn't come back on. It drove to work ok then but it was really dropping the gears when it shifted causing the car to Jerk each time. It has NEVER acted abnormal while shifting before. It usually takes a second to shift from reverse into drive but I suppose that's normal with a auto transmission with 138k on it? I usually drive a stick and prefer it that way. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you changed your Crank Shaft Position sensor yet? If not, start there then get back to us with the results.
