The other day I got a light on my dash for tire pressure. So it was the pic of the tire with the exclamation mark in it. I have aftermarket tires with no we sensors. And I have non navigation. So the DIC is what tells me to check tire pressure. I clear it and all is good. The light on the dash according to the owners manual is for the CTS-V with non nav units. It says the CTS will get the DIC display. So, does anyone know why I am getting V lights on my dash? Has this happened to anyone?

You sure it wasn't the Traction Control Light?

No, I always have that turned off so the light is always on. I know what that light is. That's the fun light lol. Nope, this light is over on the left below the head and fog lamp lights.

    Re: Tire pressure light

Not everything can be correct in the owners manual. Heck, according to the build sheet for my CTS, I have two different tire sizes.

Since your CTS came with the TPMS, the system will continue to warn you until the sensors are put back on. If you toggle through the DIC, you'll see the sensors for each tire. I'm pretty sure they would display (---) in place the pressure value.
Depending on your aftermarket rims. You can either have your sensors installed in them. Or purchase a second set and program them to your car.

Yes, but for the whole summer it has always just been on the DIC. I clear it and all is good. Often, DIC doesn't even give me a warning. Now all of a sudden I get the DIC and the light in the cluster. I am going to pull the terminals on the battery and give everything a reset and see what happens.
