    can someone explain how to use the F1+F6 radio buttons to reset fault codes on the 2003 CTS?

    I don't have that feature, so I honestly don't know how it works. But maybe this will help.

    pretty much press the F1 and F6 together, then you use the selector knob on the right to rotate through the modes. pressing the knob will enter that particular section and just follow the prompts. its very simple
