2005 CTS coolant puddle on passenger floor

I own a 2005 cts. Its been going low on coolant periodically for the past 6 months with no puddles in the driveway or when parked. Yesterday after a short drive (less than 3 miles) went into my destination and came out to car dripping liquid. Opened passenger front door and there was an orange puddle on the floor. Coolant.... There's also been a odd ping pong ball sound in the dash when the car is started and it increases with engine RPM's. Any advice?

No idea on the ping pong ball sound, but coolant in the passenger footwell is classic heater core. You can bypass the heater core for about $10 to get you by. Most newer vehicles require the dashboard to be removed to gain access for replacement.
