Rough startup, check engine light, dim navigation

Hey guys, i'm going to an autoshop after work to see what the code is and get an oil changed. I have an 06 CTS, 3.6l with 90,000 miles, my last oil change i started using penzoil high mileage oil.

The problem either started this past week right after i didnt startup my car for a week, or right before that. It starts up rough for 5-10 seconds then seems fine, then the check engine came on today, and today for the first time the stock navigation was pretty dim for 10-15 seconds during startup.

Anybody have an idea what it could be?

    Thanks for your help.

The codes said i had 3 cylinders misfiring, I'n addition i have noticed lately my engine seems to get warmer than normal. I can feel more heat at my feet, though the temperature gauge is normal.

    Any ideas?
